Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided by Golden Bridge Concrete are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of the estimate and may be subject to change if additional work, material adjustments, site conditions, or customer-requested modifications arise during the project. Final pricing will be confirmed before any additional work is completed.

Project Scheduling

Project timelines and scheduling may vary depending on weather conditions, material availability, permit approvals, site accessibility, and unforeseen circumstances. Golden Bridge Concrete will make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe while maintaining quality workmanship and safety standards.

Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required before work begins depending on the size and scope of the project. Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work unless otherwise stated in writing between Golden Bridge Concrete and the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring property access, utility markings when required, HOA approvals if applicable, and removal of personal belongings or obstacles from the work area prior to project start. Delays caused by restricted access or site conditions may impact scheduling and project completion times.

Concrete Appearance & Natural Variations

Concrete is a natural material and may experience slight variations in color, texture, shading, cracking, or surface appearance over time due to weather, curing conditions, and normal settling. While Golden Bridge Concrete takes every measure to provide high-quality finishes, minor cosmetic variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.

Warranty & Liability

Golden Bridge Concrete stands behind the quality of its workmanship and strives to deliver durable, long-lasting results. Warranty coverage, if provided, applies only to workmanship and does not cover damage caused by extreme weather, ground movement, improper maintenance, third-party modifications, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

Project cancellations must be communicated in writing before materials are ordered or work begins. Deposits may be non-refundable once project preparation, scheduling, or material purchasing has started.
